Hardware Misc Sync 3ds to internet time?

While downloading from hShop, the time in the top left corner is slightly off by a minute, I can correct it. But how can I change the seconds in my system clock? e.g. It should be 18:25:20 but on the console it's 18:24:09

You can use luma to adjust the time via a public ntp server.
To do this, you have to open the rosalina menu (press: left trigger, down and select).
