Hello. i bought an nintendo switch from someone with sxos on it.but i never used sxos i only used atmosphere most times on pokemon sword haking. so i want to ask witch i better if i want to hack pokemons and what software is less likely to ban me Thanks

SX OS has 2 exclusive features which are .XCI file mounting and HDD support. Atmosphere is free, supports .NSP and .XCI installation, offers better homebrew support, and is faster to update on average. I wouldn't say either is better over another since its all down to personal preference and neither is less likely to ban you as they both carry the same ban risk.

It is a personal decision, however I would not support TX(Especially the "lite" version) Just because they swipe opensource homebrew and charge for it.

As a side note, you can get .XCI to install on atmosphere. Just not emulate the gamecard slot.
