Yeah, TX stated that at the beginning only cartridge based games will be playable. But you're right, Tiny Troopers can only be purchased digitally from the eShop. Interesting...

Where in the US can I order a license for the OS and have it delivered today? I don't like the idea of a license key being backordered.

I just ordered mine from here. Ordered it 3rd of July. The site said only on backorder for a few days. They're in the US, and take credit card through PayPal. I tried to order with Axiogame, but I was using a Visa Gift card. The stupid giftcardmall company wouldn't let me purchase overseas. :-( Anyone else who wants to order a key, then use coupon code "informer", and get $5.00 off!!
