Hacking SX OS 2.2.1 HDD not working

On my 4TB I have just xci files on root of drive, exfat, and on my 200gig sd card I have usual folder structure, no xci and the installed nsp and dlc and updates and that is fat32

i have never used a fat32 sd card , all mine are exfat, i am now cleaning the 4tb hdd - reformatting with exfat ( i will read the previous post if any before mcmanic) however I asked what allocation size to format at and didnt get an answer - with no xci on the sd card and it being fat32 much diff scenario but if i have to do all that to test with this drive so be it,

I used 512 on a 2tb hdd and it worked. I was using 32000kb and it didn't work.

i tested two hdds one with only one xci after a fresh exfat format no go - so there you have it a 4tb/5tb seagate external not working. wish i had another drive to test etc.
