Till now I was booting my EmuNand (hidden partition created with SX OS) with Kosmos with a folder emummc and emummc.ini in it containing this:

Code:
[emummc]
enabled = 1
sector = 0x2
nintendo_path = Emutendo

Now I want to use vanilla Atmosphere with fusee primary. Is there anything else I have to do to make Atmosphere boot into EmuNand by default? My SysNand is not banned so I want to be sure to boot into EmuNand so my SysNand stays clean.

Why use fusee_primary?

Because there's no Kosmos anymore.
Kosmos technically never existed because there was nothing unique about it. It was just a package that anybody could make. The most prominent application they bundled, Hekate, is still being updated by its creator and is far more useful than fusee. There are even better package utilities out there that mimic Kosmos such as SDSetup.
