Hacking SX emunand/Atmosphere EmuEMMC?

Hi, I was just wondering whether their were any downsides to making emunand with sx os but using it with both atmosphere (booted with pyx) and sx os.
Apart from the "There really ain't no use for sx os any more matie! Rararar"

You can set up the hidden partition emuNAND by using SXs menu and use atmosphere thereafter on it. and vice versa.
