Hacking Question Switchroot Android: Missed dumping Joy-Con data in NYX

As the title says I missed doing literally the first step of the official install guide, that is dumping the Joy-Con BT data from inside hekate NYX before flashing Android.

Anyway to do it afterwards or should I start over flashing Android again?

Edit: I can control Android with my attached Joy-Cons as it seems. (navigate through the app icons and open them with A)
But I guess that was not the point of that step wasn't it? It's for wireless support?

I don't believe it is possible.

You can wipe your android partition in TWRP without deleting the partition itself or disrupting other partitions you have.

Might be worth doing that before a reflash so you dont need to start again with your SysNAND and EmuMMC setups.
