Switching from sxos to atmosphere

So currently running an older version of sxos I’ve only ever used sys nand looking to start again on a new sd card with atmosphere on a emummc setup to run cfw my question is will I lose all my original save game data …

I think you can make a backup of all your save games with JKSV in SXOS :

And after you set up your emummc, you can import the stuff again.

Yeah I know about that but your saying you would lose your saves what if i was to set up new sd card without emu again on atmosphere… thanks
