Hi everyone,

got another switch that I haven't been able to fix yet. It came with a completely smashed usb port, had a shorted M92T36 and also some bent pins on the LCD ribbon connector. So someone else clearly had been in there before me.
I fixed all of those obvious faults. Now the console still won't boot but i can get into RCM mode and boot Hekate. I dumped the NAND and keys, which all went flawlessly but it won't boot no matter if i try booting into CFW or Stock.

My first guess was that somebody messed up the firmware. So i thought i might be able to fix it by rebuilding the NAND. I went ahead and followed this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-...nofficially-without-burning-any-fuses.507461/

Now at the point where you'd boot into memloader it throws an error message:

I tried booting memloader with the .ini files on my sd card. After selecting ums_emmc.ini it stops here:

So then i found other threads where people suggested checking the P13USB and BQ24193 ICs as these might be the issue. I thought i might give it a go and swapped one after the other with ones from a working console. The good console still works with those from the bricked console, and the bricked console still does the same thing. Both also report plausible battery levels, so the BQ should be good.

Any clues?

Thanks!

Hey thanks for the reply. I can get as far as step 5 but then again it won't correctly run memloader:

Well, it still involves booting memloader which doesn't work on this console. I can do it on another console easily but this one freezes before the drive registers on my pc.

I suspect a hardware issue that I'm unable to find at the moment...

I have a console with exactly the same issue.
I thought it might be an issue with NAND chip, but than with other chip it doesn't work either...
