Hacking switch wont boot after failed FW

So I have all the apps etc downloaded for the tutorial. I dumped my keys.txt to sd and placed it in my ChoiDujour folder on my pc. When I run the cmd with the command it states it "FAILED TO MATCH KEY". I have a key.txt from a website and I have the correct firmware 8.1.0 in the fw folder. Now Im stuck because whatever I try I cannot get it to work.

First, delete the log you just posted, as it include keys.
second, you need the proper keys + key format, and that i cant help you with, but so far you got the idea.
