I'm certain I did all that. I know I reinstalled everything from scratch. I only kept things in my contents folders that had mods in them and got rid of anything else in the atmosphere folder (pretty sure mods didn't do it either since I've run the switch without any of those folders in case that was it). I suppose I can try to redo my emunand and see if the second times a charm.

Sadly that's all I can think of Be sure to back it up for your saves and stuff.

Will do. I've honestly tried looking all over for a solution but it doesn't seem to be a common issue. It's really just a minor annoyance really, but I'd rather it didn't shutdown just because I wanted to return to the home menu. Still, I appreciate you trying to help me out with this.

Will do. Hopefully nobody else has this issue. Or if they do, maybe they resolved it and know the solution and see this. I'll probably try to rebuild emummc tomorrow if I have the time.

Yep I've tested that while playing Monster Hunter Rise. It never happens in OFW. Even after rebuilding the Emunand, it has happened so I will eventually try to do another rebuild in case there were some errors in the process, but i'm not too confident in the third attempt working. So far the only thing I can do to make it less annoying is to just enable autorcm so it doesn't boot itself into ofw. Which is what it does by default.
