Hacking Switch -> Wii U Gamepad Mod?

switch doesn't have that wiiu gamepad streaming wifi technology that works with wiiu. And then again you would only get a 480p on a 720p screen. And then there is the different touchscreens. its like going backwards. Better pc streaming on switch

What idea? You never clarified if you wanted to put a Switch inside a gamepad housing or connect a gamepad to a switch - both of which are pointless.

I suppose I can see how that would be useful. The Switch has the same size screen but is physically smaller, and I think has all the same controls. Would mean less clutter.

However, not only has the Switch not been publicly hacked yet; it's doubtful that it will ever support this - very low level access to the wifi chip is needed for this to even be possible, access we may never get or the chip may not be even capable of being used that way.

Plus the Switch only has a 4-hour batterry life, while my gamepad has 20-hour battery life ( I got the battery upgrade)

Nintendo themselves has a battery upgrade too. That was the whole reason the stock battery is vertical in a horizontal battery slot. The upgraded battery fits in horizontally like Nintendo had that planned from the start.

I bought the High Capacity Battery which at max it lasts 8hrs but definitely not 20hrs.

We need homebrew access first which will be available to public in.... 320 years from now.
I wouldn't mind using Wii U Gamepad to stream to Switch and Switch stream to my phone and phone to stream to my PC.
This way, I can get -1FPS easily!
