Switch V2 wont boot into OFW after HWFLY v5 install but only when an SD card is inserted

Hi all,

Recently took on the challenge of soldering on an hwfly chip.

I can boot into hekate and it recognizes i have an SD card in and says "failed to pen payload.bin" there is nothing on the SD card so thats expected.

Issue is when I try to boot into OFW with an SD Card inserted it wont boot and gets stuck on the Nintendo switch screen.

I tried searching for similar threads but couldnt come up with anything.

Anyone have an idea?
