Hacking Hardware Switch V2 - PicoFly - Yellow flash "*=*" : eMMc error

Hello,

I installed a picofly on a broken V1 switch i had to test if i would do it correclty.
It worked perfectly on the first try. (yay)
Here comes the not fun part.
I perfomed the exact same procedure on another switch, but V2 with a picofly V2 kit and this time, the debug LED blinks as follow : short - long - short
I saw that this error would be linked to a eMMc failure on block 0 but it seems that no one provided information on how i could debug myself.

If anyone has information on where to start or what i can do to fix it please help me.

check the nand connector, some factories do a sht job with quality control (or lack / absence of it)
a few pins may not be connected
