Switch V2 picofly with Flex trouble after two day of running well

Hello,
I installed a Picofly chip with flex two days ago. Everything worked.

But today the Switch only starts in Ofw. The Picofly lights up blue, 2 long yellow and 1 short yellow and starts in Ofw. Apparently this indicates a problem with the Mosfets. Can you confirm this? Could the Mosfets have burned out? Does this happen often? Thanks for all answers.

To me that sounds more like cold solder joints.
Can you please take some pictures of your installation.

Thank you for your answer . Sorry if I seemed impatient. Here is the photo of the assembly.I took the photo before cleaning and before redoing the soldering points. I have since redone the soldering and still have the same problem. I'm waiting for a new Flex which should arrive around March 14th. We'll see after assembly. I took
