Switch V1 no TV / HDMI out

Hi everybody,
my Switch V1 does not switch to TV mode when inside dock.
Things i’ve tested:

• USB connection works without problems
• charging works without and without dock
• all USB connector pins are ok
• tried another dock without succsess
• all diode measurement values from the picture, dispite one value everything ok- measured the 4 resistors, ok
• measured the 100nF caps, ok
• 3.3 volt, ok

What else should i test? Any suggestions?

Those filters can be the problem as their job is to protect the P13USB chip from voltage spikes.
They will break is the voltage spike is too high.

Thanks for your reply thesjaakspoiler.

Like said i tested all filters (diode measurement, inline and crossline continuity) .
The ESD Protection Device of which the thread is talking about is left out on my board and the data line filter is also ok.
