Switch Toolbox: Unable to decrypt NCA section

Hi, when I try to open some NSP, I receive this error from Toolbox (I'm using the "Final" version).
I'm using the 17.0.0 prod keys and title keys.
I received this error with Pikmin 1, Pikmin 2, Bayonetta 1, Bayonetta 2...
Does someone know why it appears and what can I do?
