Hi guys just wondering why sleep mode won't work on my switch after hacking it. It is on 6.1 and when ever the switch is put in sleep mode it just auto boots back to rcm mode. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Guys.

Did you update the firmware with ChoiDujourNX and save your efuses? Then that is why.

sorry newb to this i did update with ChoiDujourNX not sure about efuses tho
I can't help you with something you don't know. If you installed an update with ChoiDujourNX and enabled AutoRCM, the reason was to save the efuses so you can later downgrade, if you want to. However, from what I can tell, this breaks sleep mode. You can find more technical answers by searching through the threads. This has been asked a million times.

so if i go back to my original 8 fusees is 6.2 right then that should fix sleep mode?

This should have fixed a while back. It works perfectly fine on my 5.1 with many unburnt fuses, unless there's something special about 6.1 that breaks sleep mode?

Could you provide a few more details?
-What CFW are you using
-did you use any particular guides to get things setup
-have you been using cfw for a while, it's been working, and just now have a problem after updating to 6.1 with ChoiDujourNX? Or is this the first time you've been using CFW?
-did you do anything extra like restoring your NAND at any point?

so if i go back to my original 8 fusees is 6.2 right then that should fix sleep mode?
Wait, did you go down to cfw 6.1 from official 6.2? If so, that'd certainly explain it.

so for cfw i use renix I followed their guide to get it working. This is the first time using cfw sleep mode hasnt worked since the first day.

My bad. I assumed he used ChoiDujourNX to go up. Lopl! Thanks for clarifying, osaka35!

If you went to 6.1 from 6.2, then i'm guessing that's the problem. Out of curiosity, do you have a backup of everything? 6.1 or 6.2?

going back to 6.2 should fix your sleep mode issue, yes. Since the fuses are already burned, there won't be any negative consequences as far as I'm aware. Just use ChoiDujourNX to update because why not, keep it in autoRCM so you can stick with that amount of burnt fuses, and you should be good.

Unless someone has a reason sticking to 6.2 is a bad idea?
