Switch Question About Tickets

I'm still unsure of this, but when you preload a game, the only thing not downloaded is the ticket, correct? are tickets stored on internal memory or are they on the sd card? I want to backup my micro sd card, since I probably won't buy another switch game till June or July, but I don't want to do that just yet if there's still a ticket to be downloaded to the sd card. I bought Kirby and the forgotten land on Friday, and it's preloaded, just don't know if I should wait or go ahead and back up the sd card. btw, my switch is unhacked.

if you want to conserve your tickets you will need a NAND Backup. if you use emuNand, copy the EmuNand too, if is file based, just copy the files, if is partition based use EmuTool

Tickets are in system save data 80000000000000E1 and 80000000000000E2, in system partition. So no, not on SD.
