Hacking Question switch putted back to stock - now games downloading?

hello,

i putted my switch back to stock (ofw). i restored my backuped nand like said in the tutorial from our forum. i erased all folders and files from my sdcard (not the "nintendo" folder). i can boot in horizon os normally. i got internet, i can use eshop. i bought mario maker 2....i resetted the network settings (cause google dns was used).

now all games i own were still in my list, but it said, it needs to download them. i started all games to download, but nothing happens. not even the youtube app is downloading.

im on the newest firmware (ofw).

any suggestions?

ok, other question....im using the online service. i backed up alle my savegames online now. i wanna try to factory reset the console. is there a way to save my pokemon lets go savefile without cfw?

or do you have some other suggestions?
