Have just recieved my pro controller back from Nintendo repair and they have sorted out the Dpad problem on mine.
I had funny things happening when playing Zelda, Pressing up would press down etc.
Was playing up like this from new.
They noted that repair was "replacement" no other info shown.
Took over a month as they had to wait for parts from JP.
So if you have an issue send it in.
