If I join my boyfriend's family plan, and then later down the line get banned, will my ban affect the others on the family plan?

Also, about not getting banned. If I boot hekate into OFW, turn logs on, and only use legit game carts, will I be less likely to get banned? Or will it not matter?

For best results, only use cfw offline. Delete your networks, make the emunand, and just don't connect to network on emunand without a DNS (or not at all to be extra cautious) local wireless is ok. if you want to enjoy online play, stay on system nand and keep it clean. Don't ever run Homebrew on the system nand and you'll be ok.

As far as family plans, I do not know. I could see it going either way, honestly so it's best to stay alert and do all you can to prevent ban.
