Homebrew Switch not detected in rcm mode sometimes?

Ok so I have this problem were my switch is not detected in rcm mode sometimes and some times it is for example I press and hold vol + and power for like 1-3 seconds and go plug my USB in the switch is in rcm mode because the screen is totally black I know it’s not a jig issue then it’s not detected I go ahead and do it a second time it’s not detected it takes me like 1-3 tries to get it to detect I’m using the proper app drivers on windows installed with zdiag is this a hardware issue?

Try holding down volume down first, and then the power button until recovery mode happens. I can't 100% remember if it's volume up or down, but it's the one furthest away from the power button.

I am well aware how to boot into rcm my issue is that my switch doesn't boot into it sometimes I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds then press power and volume + again it normally takes up to 3 tries sometimes

Sometimes the Switch get hung up trying to shutdown, just hold the power button down for 12 seconds before attempting to go into RCM mode. Just give it a good shutdown.
