The proof is the 1000s of sysbots that have been online for acnh/shsw for over yr. (the oned that have been banned for it leaked their nintendo id)

Speed of the ban proves Nintendo cares about certain things over others.

The tos is irrelevant as its just a blanket statement, not what Nintendo is actually doing about the cfw scene.

Theres far far more people who haven't been banned bc of simple save backups than those that "have", that implies a variable, one that obviously isn't "just" simple save backups.
Based on my data, the speed of the ban is actually irrelevant to the action that preceded it unless you have data yourself that contradicts this information. And you will also need to provide the statistics of the more people that haven't been banned because its about even according to my data. Lastly, you do not get to determine if the ToS is irrelevant or not because once again, you lack any shred of proof.

Play a pirated nsp on a online sysnand and will get banned sub 30days. Meanwhile iv been playing games online in cfw for years now, save editing, running sysbots, running cheats ect and nothing. Same can be said for many users on here, all my friends and acquaintance, all the acnh and pokemon sellers ect. If it was all equal, all acts would yield the same punishment, which obviously isnt the case.. Which Also proves the tos varies.

Your data is wildly incomplete, people arent shouting from the roof tops that they haven't been banned for save backups, only occasionally. Your data is pulled from only 1 side.

Perhaps make a post and ask who all uses save editing in sys cfw and hasnt been banned. I guarantee it will outweigh the banned heavily

Your first sentence is once again a wild claim with no proof, just your personal opinion and not actual data. And unless your friends and acquaintances make up the whole community, then it doesn't matter because we're talking hundreds if not thousands of members making up the scene so the ToS doesn't vary. I also never said it was equal. Bans are actually randomly distributed so it would actually be strange for it to be equalized because that would indicate a pattern. Also my data is not "wildly incomplete" or "pulled from only 1 side". It contains data from both banned and unbanned users. I made sure to not prioritize one over the other. Lastly, I already did make a post and you can read all about it in my thread. That's why it exists in the first place.

Show me a person playing a pirated game online for more than 30 days. My claim is based on thousands of comments across here and other social media. Its common knowledge pirated games online are a death sentence and for good reason

If the data is pulled from your thread alone, its incomplete. You cant compare the 2018 switch scene to 2022.. Nintendo has vastly changed its approach since then so most of those claims are invalid now as cfw has progressed to a much safer point since 4yrs ago.

Bans handed out randomly? where did you hear that. And There is somewhat of pattern. Thats why there are tiers of dangerous stuff you can do on sysnand.

Again, you lack any and all proof that Nintendo has changed their approach. The only actual difference from 2018 to 2022 is the existence of emuMMC. Since emuMMC gives people a way to run CFW & homebrew without connecting online, bans have dramatically plummeted. Also I didn't "hear" about bans being random from anyone; it was a conclusion drawn from the data at hand. How else would you explain people being banned and not banned for doing the same actions. There are no "tiers", those are just what people personally believe to be safe and unsafe because again, there is no data to back up those "tiers".

You continue saying my data is "false" without any actual evidence to back up your words so unless you present hard data to actually counteract my data, you're just a troll wasting my time.

Again the data of the tier list is all over this site, twitch and YouTube. Certain things get you banned faster than others, thats a fact. Refuse to acknowledge it if you want.

Your data is incomplete as you seem to believe every member on here or the internet has commented or even knows the thread exists. I haven't seen it before today, as syscfw unbanned user, my claims uncounted. As i said. The unbanned dont typically speak up about not being banned. Your thread consists mostly of questions and banned users.

Start a poll to get more accurate Numbers.

Just quit lying to people saying they will get banned for simply booting syscfw online. Because its simply not true.

It is not a fact that certain things get you banned faster than others so there's nothing for me to refuse there but I am happy to refuse your opinion about the matter.

And obviously not every member on here or the Internet has commented or knows about the thread but in the entire Switch community, it is the single largest collection of data that no other resource outweighs alone. I can also tell you didn't look at the data at all because there are actually more unbanned people in the thread than banned ones. But you wouldn't know what data is if it smacked you in the face. All you know is your own opinion.

Finally, as I've said before, the poll already exists and hundreds of members have already responded to it. They can still respond to it if they want.

Lmao yes it is a fact. You really think booting bare syscfw online vs playing pirated games online yield the same result? Bruh no.. Thats proof the tier list exists.. Again refuse to acknowledge if you like.

So you agree your data is incomplete then.

I don't believe it will yield the same result, my data indicates it will yield the same result so no, still zero proof the tier list exists. Again, refuse to acknowledge if you like.

Also, you don't understand how statistics work. Do you think any data measures every single possible data point? No, the whole point is to take a sample of the population. Ideally, a larger sample is better and since my sample is the largest in community, it logically follows it represents the banning situation most accurately.

So your data is not only incomplete but wrong aswell then. Because it doesnt yield the same result. Your the only person who says this.

Post this data you have that says they yield the same result. Because obviously somethings off.

If you want to falsely insinuate that my data is incomplete, then so are your claims because you didn't ask every member of the entire Switch community either even though that's impossible hence why data is meant to be represented via samples. But trust me, I'm not the only person who says this. And my data has been posted, you can read up on it all you like.

Tag someone knowledgeable who thinks there isnt a tier list. Ill wait.

My claim isnt a blanket statement like banned or not. Its the claim tiers exist, the proof is all around. Its obviously why pirated nsps, cheating online in smash, fortnite ect cause bans indefinitely faster than other homebrew. Its not hard to understand. Literal common knowledge

Is there a similar homebrew as Tinfoil? I like it but I would like Mario & Sonic Olympic in Tokyo which is not listed and if I try to put the big file on the SD I can't because the visible partition is FAT32.

You can download the tinfoil pc drivers off blawar's github. Then plug your switch into pc, open tinfoil, then switch will show on pc. Now just drag a game/game update to the install folder inside the switch folder. When its done "Transferring", back out of tinfoil and game will be installed.

I'm gonna buy switch lite soon and i'm looking for modchip.

I have a soldering experience so i'm not afraid of wasting switch lite in the process.
Anyway, is there any -cheap- solution for modchip? I checked the Al-iEx but these unreliable and very expensive. Is there any pcb for switch lite or cheap modchip i can buy?

Great idea, I didn't know, I will try, big thanks!

EDIT: I tried, NUT 3.3 (it finds only NSP, not XCI) but each time I click on usbfs:/ it freezes the console and neet a hard reboot! With ns-usbloader (for Awoo Installer), no USB device found... that's strange!

so long as the usb drivers are installed. you shouldnt even need to open NUT. with switch plugged into pc, and tinfoil open, your switch should popup under "This PC". opened youll see a install folder, just drag and drop games there and done.

I'm not the biggest expert when it comes to modchips but apparently, the schematics for the SX Core was "leaked" several months ago. Not sure if that is exactly what you are looking for.

Alright so I just purchased an RCM loader. I updated the firmware of the loader to 2.02. And updated the hekate payload, and renamed it. And have the loader in blue light mode.

Anyways I loaded CFW sysMMC and when on the switch main menu whenever i click on a title, regardless of whether its a new title or not, I'm asked to have a system update.

I've never used atmosphere before. Is this what I'm supposed to do? Load CFW sysMMC and then have a system update?

Also below is a video I shot attempting to load the firmware and game, incase that helps clariyfing the process I took. Thanks a lot for any help possible.
