There is a theoretical coldboot exploit up to firmware 3.0.1 but I wouldn't hold my breath over it. And the warmboot exploit, Deja Vu, has been made to work as high as firmware 6.0.1 but part of it has been reported to Nintendo so it may see a release soon.Thanks much!
The same reasons to stay on lower FW that I've read around still applies? (Self-booting exploits will be available on lower FW, but not higher?)
And how's the situation with spoofing FW for backups of newer games? Is that fixed as of yet?
Also, spoofing the firmware of Nintendo Switch games is impossible because they are hard-coded to run on higher firmwares.
