Hardware Switch lite won't boot

I have a switch lite that won't even load the HOME menu. I can access the maintenance mode and have updated it (to 16.0.2) and have initialized it several times.
I do have a spare motherboard I could scavenge parts from.
What are some possible steps to fixing it?

Not a chance, I'm afraid.
I bought it broken about six months ago, and the serial code is in the XJW1000s.
