Hardware Misc Switch Lite stuck in headphone mode

Hey guys,

I encountered a weird issue with a defective Switch Lite I bought, it's stuck in headphone mode and won't put out any audio through the speakers without any headset plugged in.
Headphone audio does work though. So far I disconnected the audio jack, cleaned it wit IPA and contact cleaner, and even installed a known working audio jack (and later the whole audio jack+catridge assembly) without any luck. What could be the culprit here, a defective chip or something?

Any tips would be very much appreciated!

You were absolutely right, thanks so much for the tip. Installed another working speaker and the sound started working, installed both the old speakers to check which ones the culprit, now they're both working again, so weird
