I soldered the picofly chip and got the code =* meaning DO not connnedted I was getting it booting into ofw but no matter how many times I resoldered it did the same thing. Then it started booting wihh the sound but no screen then just stopped turning on altogether including the chip. Don’t know what to do. Anyone know?

if you have a bad DAT0 adapter or for some reason it doesn't make good contact, you will get an error and boot into OFW.
That is why professional modders use the kamikaze mod where they grind into the PCB to expose the DAT0 for a permanent connection.

Your LCD ribbon cable probably isn't seated correctly in the connector or damaged your lcd ribbon cable.
This can cause a short that might have made things worse.
If you have a strong flashlight, shine it at the screen to see if you see something.
If that is the case, the LED driver circuit has some issue.

The following site has several pages of information about what voltages to expect where.
It is should be very similar for a Lite model.

When I plug it in it turns on just nothing on the display but when I unplug it it turns off the chip isn’t flashing either. I shinned a flashlight at the screen and didn’t see anything. Also where’d the dat0 point on the board
