Hardware Switch crashes powers off

Switch randomly crashes and powers off, can't power on (held power down for 15 seconds hard reset) unless I open the switch up and disconnect the battery then reconnect it.
The switch then powers up as normal.
Tried a new battery still same thing.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Solved, just cut a hole out of the case so I can unplug the battery without going through having to take the casing off every time it crashes.
