With Amazon you have the advantage to return it in case you get scammed with a fake SD card.

Just checked several online shops and that very card averaged out to be £50 here in the UK which is just shy of 60 dollars. So yes it's a good deal at $29.99 in my opinion

looks like a standard price for 512gb uSD card, at least here in my place. around 1650 pesos or 30USD rounded off.

All 3 brands is basically selling the same capacity at the same price, samsung, sandisk and transcend.

but I always price watch that 1tb sandisk though, theres one time that thing only cost around 50USD with the discount voucher applied.

I wrote a thread on identifying fakes. My fake 1TB came from Amazon. Was refunded without hassle, but that doesn’t make the situation any better…

Bet it wasn't sold and shipped by Amazon, they have a ton of third party sellers on the site. This one was sold and shipped by Amazon. But the sale is over.

Do you have any issues using it with a PC after using it on the Switch? For some reason mine shows up as corrupt on a Windows PC but on the Swtich it functions completely fine. I formatted it, tried again, but as soon as it went onto the Switch it wouldn't work with anything else again. I'm fairly sure the card itself is fine because I've used it on a phone and a PC a good bit beforehand, it's just really odd.

Tried exFAT and FAT32 too. Figured I'd ask since I don't know anybody personally who has a 1TB card in their switch lol. It's filled to the brink too.

It seems that Samsung SD is crap.

As you can see, it is so much lower then advertised speed. This is actually the second MicroSD and the first one was even worst. Recorded videos stutters too much using this MicroSD, one of my older SanDisk MicroSD, I get stutter free video recordings.
