Hacking Switch CFW w/o payload injection

Hello forum,

I now have CFW on my switch, but my problem is when I start a game without CFW it says "could not start the software", is that normal? and if so, how do I get into cfw without having to plug the switch into the pc

Did you try to use a "backup" of a game without Sigpatches?
Instead of your PC you could use a phone or a payload injector.

Yea you need to use Sigpatches if you want to play games that you don't own...
You could also integrate a payload launcher into your switch. But in any case you have to somehow inject a payload if you want to boot Hekate or Atmosphere.

After a full power-off, payload injection is a must if you wish to keep using said software/homebrew and more so with sigpatches if using a game.

Yes you do. Only other method is to solder a modchip inside your switch. Unless your firmware is 4.1.0 or older

Also if you boot normally and have stuff like games installed you will get banned!
(only not if you are using the dns servers and/or the incognito mode)
