So long story short I used to be able to launch payloads/CFW and now I can't. I did a really dumb thing and force shut down my launch day Switch during a system update (8.1 -> 9.0). As far as I can tell, it deleted the kernel and I basically bricked my Switch. I was still able to enter RCM and followed this tutorial to manually install older firmwares (I used 6.0) on my Switch. I was then able to get into Hekate (AutoRCM still enabled). I did another dumb thing (disabled AutoRCM) to try and get back into OFW 6.0. It didn't work, of course, and now I can't launch any payloads. RCM still works with a jig, though, so I feel that I still have a chance. Any ideas on what I can do to get my Switch up and running? Or am I screwed?

You might have burnt too many fuses for 6.0 to start.
I read somewhere that even CFW won't work then.
They mentioned that Hekate can output that info to your SD card but I don't know how.
If that is the case, upgrade to the correct firmware (8.1 or 9.0) with a PC.

It might also be that the CFW on your SD card is too old.
I couldn't boot Atmosphere after upgrading to 9.0.
I had to install the latest version of Atmosphere.

Ok people have ignored that he said he can't push payloads anymore...
On your pc does your payload injector detect the switch?
Now the pc flasher (forget it's name) can't flash over 6 i believe.
Try and get Hekate to push and then get it to load cfw which ignores fuses.
If you get into the cfw flash again your 8 or 9 firmware

If you ended up with a mix of two FWs you should still be able to boot Hekate but no CFW, yes?
In that case you could restore a backup (boot0/1 as well as either system or full nand)

RCM wont ever stop working for non ipatched Switches. So don't worry.
