There was a thread on reddit where someone was selling digital games for around $5. The whole thing looked shady, looks like some people might have gotten it installed, and people like the OP might be getting banned because of this now.

Yeah, stolen credit card information is not something we will condone. Piracy many will allow because technically nobody gets hurt, but with a stolen credit card SOMEBODY has to pay the $500+ for all those games (as if you would stop at one if it's not your money). That could be someone's rent money, or it could be vital for affording food or medicine. Worst case scenario, someone could lose their home or starve or even die because some stranger used their money to buy ephemeral entertainment.

Not necessarily a stolen card, any chargeback attempt for any reason is known to be a cause of bans
