Pegaswitch won't help you here. Pegaswitch is used for userland code only and has no use for online features.

sorry i was wrong! I was referring to the possibility of playing! currently I can only play through a game cartridge without being able to download anything from the store! with pegaswitch instead, will it be possible to start backup copies?

No, we have no way of playing backups at the minute

No by the genius ways Nintendo is doing it a lot games/game updates/game demos from eshop needs newer FW ;P
