Swiss using 2002 version of Action Replay?

Trying to get swiss up & running on my GC but having little luck.

I downloaded the latest SWISS release and copied the two files (SDLOADER.BIN & AUTOEXEC.DOL) from the ActionReplay folder to the root of my FAT16 formatted 2GB SD Card.

I then followed this tutorial and entered the long 29-line code (pro tip the PSO keyboard works for easier entry) into my action replay. I followed the steps and get to the point where it says "Please insert SDLOAD and close the lid".

I do so yet SWISS never shows up, I only get a black screen. Double checked the code, all good there. Tried a second 1GB FAT formatted memory card, yet the result was the same.

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Solved over here. I didn't know the sdpatch.exe step was needed for Swiss as well. Did that and good to go now.
