Had several problems importing the modified Mii's to the consoles. Changed the MachineID was successfull but the imported mii's didn't appear in the mii-channel.

And sometimes I got some errors of the editor when trying to save the changed mii.

Ok... took some time and (really...) read the readme.txt that came with the editor and found some links to other Mii-Editors and tried them.

Changed ID saved imported and everything was ok.

So give it a try...

i copied all her Miis to my wii. this didn't work out 100%. Miis are locked to the wii which created them. so when they are moved, they cannot be edited. but they can still be used for games.

They are only loosely "locked"....

Extract the Miis...
Load them up in here: http://www.myavatareditor.com/
Change Client ID to be the same as one you CAN edit (one created on the target Wii
Save the Miis...
Rename from .mae to .mii
Install

You can also change the colour of the trousers (pants) by changing the first two digits of Avatar ID:
00 -> gold
22 -> black
cc -> blue
But then there are restrictions on copying and editing for some of those.
