If you're keeping track, we're at v0.2, and now I can answer this question:
Erm, mostly?
Basically, with v0.2, when a dump of all save data for the game is made (either emergency or interactive), the folder name incorporates the game title. However, for digital games, I haven't found a way to fetch the game title automatically (you need the title ID for the lowpath to access exeFS:/icon, don't you?). So if the target is a game that doesn't let svdt work past an emergency backup, that backup folder will not have the game title, since svdt has to prompt you for that. For gamecards, though, svdt will already know the game title at startup.
I would welcome any pull requests or pointers on automatically getting title IDs and/or human-readable names for digital games.
Is it possible to output automatically into folds named after the game titile?
