You can use JKSV/JKSM.

However, if you can install .cia files you can just use hblauncherloader.cia to access the homebrew menu instead of a standard entrypoint.

I haven't been able to confirm this for myself, but if you download the OLD11.2.0-35E otherapp payload from Smea's site, rename it OLD-11-4-0-37-EUR.bin and put it in your hblauncherloader folder on the root of your SD card, hbl.cia should work again

Does anyone have the same issue with SVDT, it freezes at green screen

Yeah, I had Green screen after selecting a game from HBL. Probably the 11.0.4 update did bad to HBL apps.
I installed JKSM as the friend above suggested and it worked pretty well. I imported the save file previously saved from SVTD (in SD card) and exported via JKSM. Happy times

PS: N3ds 11.0.4 with A9LH/Luma.

yea it only works for people with a9lh/luma, doesnt work for people already on 11.4 with homebrew access.

This is old, use Checkpoint3DS instead. It works better, has a GUI and runs under Rosalina via the Homebrew Launcher. I personally use DownloadPlay as the Rosalina redirect app since I have had no issues running various homebrew apps this way.

How can I import a save file previously exported in 2016 with svdt, with another homebrew like JKSVM or Checkpoint ?
Checkpoint doesn't see anything else than what's in the 3DS already.

Any ideas ?
