Hate to be a pessimist but getting all hyped like that is only setting yourself up for dissapointment. I think it's wiser to just wait until MassExplosion makes an announcement.

You might have to wait even longer if nothing happens with this. So don't get hyped for your own good. Better to just go with the flow and be hyped only once something is actually released.

If I go by risk vs reward. I just feel i have a lot more to risk by updating. Most of my purchases have not been digital besides smash dlc and Duel Destinies. I would have no problem repurchasing them if that meant I have 9.9 fw 3ds set to go.

If you're using rx tools you get mset with custom themes on system nand 9.2. Other then that stay on 4.x. I only use this when i sell a modded 3ds for instructions

Like I said a few posts before, don't expect stuff like this over a day or two.

There's nothing to test. This is literally in the planning stages still. And there are countless other people asking to "test" already in this thread. Asking to be a tester does not and will not get you this maybe eventual hack any faster.

There is no new discoveries and even if there was, they are obviously not going to openly talk about them as Nintendo could easily patch it in the next update.

Patience people! Do not expect daily updates as this takes a lot of time to be developed. As for those who are hyped without even knowing that this could either work and help those who recklessly updated or not work at all and therefore, your only option is to get a <9.2 3DS
