Everyone should really stop making suppositions over every little thing they read. If something really comes from the work that MassExplosion213 is developing, then he'll be the first to say it and explain, I'm sure.
Any other questions over every "ARM9" or "ARM11" words said are just useless at this early stage. The same with people asking to test stuff. If he really needs someone to test anything, he'll most likely ask for it as well.

Yes, if he doesn't reach his goal, you would've been right BUT at the moment, nothing was release and it is still a WIP... Just WAIT AND SEE guys.
