Hacking Supercard MiniSD/ SuperKey Saving problems

I am having the problem that I can not save my NDS games onto my mini-SD Supercard. I save the game, then restart and go right back in, and the game saves are empty. I have the games patched to save to SD in the Supercard program. Is this a problem with the SuperKey? Has anyone else had this problem? I was thinking about flashme'ing my DS Lite, but not sure yet.

I have a SC SD + Superkey and have no such problems.

The RTS function only works for GBA games, but it seems you've figured that out
