Hacking Supercard Lite VS Supercard Lite Rumble

How come the Rumble is so much less $$$ then the normal lite? Is its any better/worse then the normal lite? Or just the same card with rumble.

Also can the rumble be turned off?

The GBA support on Supercard isn't perfect anyway...

I do believe that you can change the rumble settings, including turning it off.

Apart from homebrew that uses the RAM the SCLR doesn't have (afaik only DSLinux), it should be the same.
