Hacking Supercard Lite save games on ONE

I have just upgraded to a Supercard One and didn't think about loosing the save games I have already from the Supercard Lite...

Is there any way of converting them to be used in the one card?

Just rename them to the same name as the DS rom. Simple as that. If that doesn't work, try changing the lowercase .sav to uppercase .SAV as I've heard this sometimes helps.
