OK Guys... since I have a few of the Supercard Lites now, I decided to do a sanding experiment. I sanded the left and right sides, and the back. I first started using 320 grit and then finished it off with 600 grit. You cannot tell it was even sanded at all. Seems the 600 finish on it makes it nice and smooth... even more so than the original finish. Now my Supercard Lite goes in and out like butter. It is exactly now how the Supercard MiniSD model is. Pulls in and out very easy, but still stays locked in place. This is the way to go guys.
You can get the grit sandpaper at Home Depot or any hardware store I am sure. I would also suggest using a can of compressed air to blow out any sanding residue from the chips... just to be on the safe side.
