I have a problem. I think the in game menu is broken. it doesn't work on any of my ds's, but all the buttons work. also I just updated to sp3.

There seems to be a bug with the EOS on some DSONE(i)'s which won't save the button combination you set, but the SC team will probably fix it in a couple of days. Don't worry!
