Quick question I am superbanned which I have absolutely no issue with however if I want to download say Wolfenstein how would I downloaded the rest of the game which doesn't appear on the cart

Do you use some kind of DNS to prevent connection to Big-N's servers? If so, that's what's preventing you from updating.
Are you on SXOS and do you have "Stealth Mode" enabled? If so, that's your problem.
Are you using a school or business' internet connection? If so, they might block some websites, including the update servers.
If "no" to all of the above, you might be superbanned. Compare the error code to the superban one (it's easy to find on the forum).

EDIT: Kind of obvious but, is your connection working if you use internet on another device (from the same network)?

Why would you want to help someone like that read his ban notes, it was full of continuous lies and the poor bugger never got his money back what’s fair about that part? Would you like to be ripped of by someone? If you was in the poor members position you certainly would not be saying that..
