Edit: I am ex-member of team rumble. I was a translator. Very well known as the n00b.(Well I am less n00b now!) I was there when Fuzzy was project leader. I fellowed the project from the very beginning.
 
yeah, what ever happened to fuzzy? oh and just wondering is there any way to replace the current 1 character in the demo 8 (or 7 cant remember) to link?

Forget the VC, the Nintendo 64 controller on the original system is WAY better.
 
Hey, it is a pretty good project.

They are needing some spriters but, you can help in other stuff.

For example I am fixing some sprites so the next beta will be released sooner.

We all can help in this.

I have plans to build characters that can either be hacked in or "added" to the game, but this will only occur AFTER the game is completed...
 
Which one is this? So many different variations and names :/. Is this the one with the fancy menu that looks like the Brawl menu?

There IS a team working in story mode, and all the stuff yoa asked for ,

BUT instead of requeting stuff help to sprite.....

I played Crash! and to be honest, it was kind of fun, and I really don't like Super Smash Bros. It was very glitchy, but probably the most stable homebrew game I've ever played.

I don't really see a reason to try this one out.

What, seriously? This is still going? I quit your forums ages ago. Kept having coders quit, and everything was going nowhere.

If it means anything, I have promised to add every character that is sprited in style to the next demo if it is finished on time. Rumble has a lot more attacks coded than any other SSB DS game(the only attack not coded is the grab), which means it is more difficult to add characters because they need to have nearly ALL of their attacks and many other motions (like Entrances, Rolls, Dodges, etc) before they can be added.

This is why we need spriters! The engine is becoming more and more developed, but we don't have the graphics to fill it up. Demo 0.8 suffered because players couldn't test out all of the different attacks on different characters and find the perfect characters that suited their play styles. If more spriters help the game, unique characters can be coded in and the amount of "fun" play time can be increased greatly.
