Hello!

I have issues with a third party snes controller made by InterAct: Super Pad.
I thought sharing it here could help me find clues.

What happens is that if I move the controller while playing and holding the B button, then the controller "presses Start by itself" so the game pause.
While playing Mario Kart, I noticed that when it presses Start, it also moves Up or Down too and since I hold B, it resets the race!

I opened the controller twice. The second time, I cleaned with alcohol the contacts, but mostly everything was clean already.

The solders seem ok too..?
Could it be the cord?

Here's some pictures along with this message.

Check if the resistor is, well, resisting correctly.
Check if by placing the multimeter on continuity mode the buttons react if touching both exposed traces on either side of the buttons.

Also, clean the rubbers. Water, soap. Let dry.
