Homebrew Super mario War for 3ds?

So, I remember in the wii good-ol-days, when me and my friends would crack out a few wii motes and have head to head SMW competitions. Is that still possible for the 3ds? I would love to see it. Maybe the retroarch version would work (not sure though) but what's you guys' opinions? What other homebrew from the wii would you like to see? Personally, I would also like super tux, but no biggie.

I heard @nop90 was considering porting it. But I seriously doubt local multiplayer will be implemented.

I saw they have this but i dunno how much can be done with it in possible of port to 3DS. I been wondering where all the 3DS port of mario and sonic fan games.

this open source sonic is from megadrive so you can emulate on 3DS

I'll port it when I finish the SDL library. And Yes, local play is possible, but like everything it needs time.

I really hope to make this port soon.
