Could you actually describe what 'issues' you're actually having? You say you're on 11.2, do have A9LH? Give us more details about your console.

yes I have a9lh cfw luma(sp?) I go to free shop and do not see a us version of the game even though it is out in the states.

You should have said that you were talking about FreeShop.

The titles available in FreeShop depend on titlekeys, which need to be submitted and take time to update, and on a cache produced by FreeShop's creator.

Just be patient, find a .cia, download the EUR version of the game, or buy the game legitimately.

why would you want a specific region?
